| Description: | Composition: 1. The Advisory Board shall consist of at least five members. 2. The members of the Advisory Board shall be personalities of recognised merit and business and professional experience, whether national or foreign, who can contribute to the development of ISAG's educational project. 3. The Chairperson of the Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Governing Board, and the other advisors shall be appointed by its Chairperson. 4. A member of the Board of Directors shall participate in the meetings of the Advisory Board, but shall not have the right to vote. 5. Exceptionally, and without voting rights, the chairpersons of the Scientific and Technical Council and of the Pedagogical Council, as well as a representative of the Institution, may be invited by the Chairperson of the Advisory Council to participate in meetings. 6. By decision and invitation of the Chairperson of the Advisory Council, extraordinary advisors, involving personalities of recognized merit, national or foreign, may also participate in the meetings, in order to give their opinion on specific issues of their specialty. Competences 1. The Advisory Board shall be responsible for advising the management bodies of ISAG and for issuing non-binding opinions when requested to do so. 2. It shall be the task of the Advisory Board: a) Provide an opinion on the medium-term strategic plan and annual business plans submitted by the Governing Board; b) Issue an opinion on the study plans of the study cycles and executive programs; c) To issue an opinion on specific strategic initiatives; d) To propose or issue an opinion on research projects; e) contribute to strengthening the relationship between ISAG and the community.
