Aims, Skills and Learning Outcomes

The Project Work curriculum consists of an essentially applied research and inserted in the scope of the subjects covered throughout the degree.

The work may focus on the diagnosis of an identified problem situation, the study of a new problem and / or the application of methods and instruments to solve a situation already identified by another person or by the student.

The project can, if the conditions exist for this, be carried out in a school environment, being, by nature, the result of an entirely individual and unpublished work.

Programme

Each student should develop a Report under the guidance of an Escorted Teacher appointed by ISAG.
There will be tutorial sessions where the work done and the evolution of the final report will be presented and discussed.
The size of the report should not exceed 30 pages, excluding cover sheets, indexes, appendices and attachments.
The reports will be presented and defended publicly.

Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the curricular unit's learning objectives

The main goal of this unit, the development of a project, will be reached through the elaboration of the project under tutorial supervision

Continuous Assessment

The student should develop a Report under the guidance of an Accompanying Teacher who will evaluate the final quality of the work produced. The combination of the work and the report presented by the student should result in a weighted assessment that will constitute 60% of the final mark and its presentation / defense 40%.

The presentations / defenses will be made before a jury constituted by the Accompanying Teacher and by another teacher appointed for this purpose. The jury will promote a prior evaluation of the work that will decide on its presentation and defense. The marking of presentations will be posted in a timely manner and given to the students by the respective Accompanying Teacher.

The individual component of each project is combined with the support of the teacher/tutor who follows the process from the beginning.
