The curricular unit aims to learn the basic concepts related to commercial law, namely company law, with particular emphasis on legal matters related to management. In this sense, particular focus is given to the essential characteristics of commercial contracts and their legal regimes. Particular emphasis is also placed on legal issues related to foreign investment and its regime.
