To this end, the course combines a technical updating aspect with a knowledge and experience aspect, thanks to the teachers knowledge of the business reality. // Course Coordinator Professor Ana Pinto Borges, PhD // Receivers - Medium or senior staff, namely graduates or professionals, who intend to progress in their careers in the commercial and business management areas; - Professionals with technical training who are in charge of management responsibilities. // Objectives - Professional valorization enhancing a better integration and/or performance of the business action; - Preparing for the exercise of management functions with solid training in several areas of business, namely in strategic management, finance, operations management and management planning and control systems; - Development of leadership skills in business activities, necessary for coordination and value creation. // Operation Mode Duration: 225 hours - 30 ECTS Application Deadline: 24 September, 2020 Beginning of the course: 06 October 2020 The classes will take place, preferably, three days per week, from 19H00 to 24H00.
