| Description: | DESCRIPTION One of the great challenges for companies is to motivate and involve their employees in the purpose of the organization in order to retain and attract the best and achieve success. An effective teamwork organization must make its team a priority, be the best, and value its identity. The purpose of this specialization course is to provide the trainees with technical and personal skills in the context of teamwork with an emphasis on the practical component. Professor Cristina Mocetão, PhD OBJECTIVES - Thematic framework and a series of dynamics of a practical nature that aim at an integration of knowledge through experience and movement. The purpose of the course is to develop essential skills in intra/interpersonal and intra/intergroup relations involving leader and collaborators; - Personal, relational and teaming development in three levels: Personal (I), Relational (the other), Group (Team); - Soft-skills development, namely communication, leadership, interpersonal relationship, time management, team work, conflict management, responsibility, proactivity and creativity; - Creating empathy, deciphering the emotions of others and ability to adapt to various personality types are and will be essential skills in the future. RECEIVERS The course is intended for Executives/Professionals from different sectors of activity who wish to update or acquire knowledge on how to manage and lead people. OPERATION MODE Duration: 60 hours Application Deadline: October 22, 2020 Beginning of the course: January, 2021 The classes will take place fridays from 19H30 to 22H30 and Saturdays from 09H00 to 13H00 and from 14H30 to 16H30.
